Intrinsic-94 DelayUS

94: DelayUS(Microseconds);

This intrinsic delays a specified number of microseconds. It is a complementary routine to the DelayMS intrinsic (101). It gives much higher resolution compared to the DelayMS intrinsic, but the longest delay is only 35 minutes because the largest integer EXPL supports is 32-bits.
