Short Cut Keys

Many editing commands can be executed using both the mouse and the keyboard. These keyboard commands are called “short cut” keys. Using “short cut” key is very useful because it allows you to carryout editing tasks without having to remove your hands from the keyboard. Here is a list of keyboard short cut keys:

Delete the current survey shot.

Insert a new shot at the cursor.

Undo the changes to the current cell.

Context sensitive help.

Go into editing mode in the current cell.

Find a shot or a survey.

Swap survey stations.

Flip compass angle.

Flip inclination angle.

Set Flags.

Set entry and move to next cell.

Move to the start of the grid.

Move to the end of the grid.

Move forward or backward one page.

 

Cut and Paste Keys

Control-X

Control-C

Control-V

Undo paste or changes to the current cell.

Cut selected data to the Windows Clipboard.

Copy selected data to the Windows Clipboard.

Paste from the Clipboard to the selected cell.
