Intrinsic-108 SetPalette

108: SetPalette(Index, R, G, B);

This intrinsic sets the simulated VGA palette item. The palette item is specified by Index, and the color is specified by the R,G,B items. EXPL supports special RGB modes that make them compatible with previous VGA color palettes and versions of XPL0. An Index greater than 255 is ignored.
