Intrinsic-39 Sound

39: Sound(volume, duration, frequency);

This intrinsic sounds the speaker. "Volume" is zero for no sound and non-zero for full sound. "Duration" is seconds times 18.2. "Frequency" is 1190000 divided by the actual frequency. This intrinsic can also be used as a time delay by setting "volume" to zero.
