The program allows you to set up paper sizes and margins that will be used for the SVG document. The following settings are available:
Paper Size. This is the size of the paper used in the SVG Document. Any size can be specified. The "Paper-X" value sets the left-right width of the paper and the Paper-Y value sets up-down height of the paper. The units may be Inches or Millimeters. As the paper size is adjusted the Map Display will change to reflect the new size.
Orientation. Can select either Landscape or Portrait mode for the paper. In Landscape mode, the paper is oriented so that the largest dimension of the paper is used in the Left-Right direction. In Portrait mode, the largest dimension applies to the Up and Down direction. Changing modes causes the program to swap the displayed values. As the orientation is changed the Map Display will change to reflect the new orientation. |

Standard Sizes. This item contains a list of common paper sizes. It does contain every possible paper size but it does have a representative sample of both US and International Paper Sizes. Choosing a paper size from the list will set the Paper Size option taking into account the current Orientation Setting.
Margin. The Margin Settings allow you to set the a border or margin around edge of the paper in SVG document. The units may be Inches or Millimeters. As the margin is changed the Map Display will change to reflect the border.
