The Linear section allows you to make changes to the Tape, LRUD and Depth Gauge values. In order to activate the repair of linear values, you must click on the "Repair Tape", "Repair LRUD" or the “Repair Depth Gauge” checkboxes. The Tape and LRUD values can be repaired in several ways:
Entered As Feet Was Really Meters. This option corrects the situation where you have entered a value in feet when it was actually measured in the cave in meters.
Entered As Meters Was Really Feet. This option corrects the situation where you have entered a value in meters when it was actually measured in the cave in feet.
Formula. This option allows you to correct the compass reading by applying a formula. |
