The Tools Page lets you configure the IDE to use an external editor by selecting the Options -> Configuration item from the menu bar. This brings up the Configuration Dialog.
Enter the name and path where the editor you wish to use is located. You can also press the Browse button to select an editor. Pressing the OK button will save your selected choice.
